About the Role

Pursuit Digital is seeking a full-time Webflow Website Designer to join their growing Web Services department in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is a hands-on role focused on building, updating, launching, and maintaining high-quality client websites using Webflow. You'll work directly with the Director of Web Services on a variety of projects—from new website builds and landing pages to client revisions, content updates, QA, and launch preparation. This is an ideal fit for someone with a good design eye, attention to detail, and a passion for seeing projects come to life through clean, organized web design.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine websites in Webflow for active client projects
• Create and update pages based on approved direction, layouts, and brand standards
• Manage CMS content, images, forms, buttons, links, redirects, and basic SEO fields
• Review websites for responsive quality across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Prepare websites for launch through QA testing, cleanup, and final quality checks
• Collaborate with the Web Services team to ensure every site is polished, organized, responsive, and on-brand
• Support new website buildouts and handle various revisions and content updates

Requirements

• Experience building or editing websites in Webflow or similar platform
• A good eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual consistency
• Basic understanding of responsive web design
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SEO basics, and website performance best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction while thinking independently
• Teachable, organized, and team-first attitude with personal alignment to Pursuit's mission and values
• Must live in or around Knoxville, Tennessee and have reliable transportation to the West Knoxville office
