About the Role

The Sher Agency is hiring a Webflow & WordPress Developer to join their remote team (US-based). In this role, you'll convert design files into fully functional, responsive websites while building custom features and optimizing for performance. This is ideal for developers who excel at both WordPress and Webflow development, have strong JavaScript and PHP skills, and take pride in writing clean, accessible code.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved Figma files into responsive pages in WordPress and Webflow
• Build custom features and functionality to meet client requirements
• Complete integrations between multiple pieces of software and third-party tools
• Configure plugins, apps, and extensions for various use cases
• Implement revisions and feedback from internal team members and clients
• Optimize pages for Google Lighthouse scores and core web vitals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing websites in WordPress, Shopify, and/or Webflow
• 1+ years of hands-on experience developing in WordPress, Shopify, AND Webflow
• Deep knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work during US business hours

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience with additional development frameworks such as React

Compensation is flexible and based on expertise. Monthly salary positions are available for developers with expertise across WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify. Per-project fixed rates are available for developers specializing in one platform.
