As the Website & Digital Performance Owner, you'll be the driving force behind W.A. Smith Financial Group's Webflow site and digital strategy. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who combines technical Webflow expertise with UX sensibility and data-driven decision-making. Based in Sheffield Lake, Ohio, you'll own everything from site maintenance and user experience optimization to SEO and paid search performance, making a direct impact on lead generation and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company website within Webflow
• Optimize user experience and conversion paths to increase lead quality and volume
• Lead SEO strategy and execution to improve organic visibility and rankings
• Oversee paid search (PPC) campaigns and performance optimization
• Maintain accurate analytics and reporting to track digital performance metrics
• Ensure seamless lead flow into Salesforce with proper data integration
• Manage compliance requirements specific to the financial services industry

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in Webflow design and development
• Proven experience with SEO strategy and implementation
• Demonstrated proficiency in paid search (PPC) campaign management
