BX Studio is a ~70-person digital agency and Webflow Enterprise Partner of the Year that designs and builds high-performance websites, SEO/AEO programs, and GTM infrastructure for venture-backed B2B tech companies—from Series A through IPO. Their clients include Reddit, Headspace, Verifone, and dozens of other category leaders in the tech and SaaS space.
About the Role
BX Studio is seeking their first dedicated AI B2B Marketer to own and scale the agency's marketing engine using AI as a core strategic lever. This is a full-time, builder-focused role reporting directly to the CEO in a fully remote position within the United States. You'll define strategy and execution while designing and implementing AI-powered systems that dramatically increase marketing output, speed, and impact—working with wide latitude to experiment, automate, and redefine how a modern B2B agency runs marketing.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate an AI-assisted content system across newsletters, social, and long-form assets, using AI tools to ideate, draft, repurpose, and scale content while maintaining high editorial quality
- Build and manage monthly Partner and Marketing newsletters using AI-assisted workflows, owning segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and performance tracking
- Plan, create, and publish a consistent AI-assisted content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram to drive follower growth, engagement, and inbound leads
- Lead end-to-end case study creation using AI to accelerate drafting, editing, and repurposing, producing multiple versions for website, sales, and social channels
- Produce webinars showcasing BX Studio expertise, using AI for promotion, scripting, and post-event content repurposing across the full lifecycle
- Develop long-form assets (ebooks, guides, reports) using AI to scale research and production, building conversion-focused content systems and exploring AI-native formats
- Identify, test, and implement new AI tools and workflows across the marketing stack, building repeatable systems for content generation, distribution, and optimization
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of B2B marketing experience in an agency, SaaS, or tech-focused environment
- Strong hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) to create and scale marketing output
- Proven ability to build content programs across email, social, and long-form channels with strong writing and editing skills to produce high-quality content quickly
- Experience designing workflows or systems that improve marketing efficiency and output
- Comfortable operating independently and owning outcomes end-to-end
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Webflow)
- Understanding of SEO/AEO and how content drives pipeline
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Webflow ecosystem or B2B tech/startup landscape
- Exposure to programmatic SEO, growth loops, or GTM automation tools (e.g., Clay or similar)
