About the Role
Target is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead creative direction from concept to implementation in Rockville, Maryland. Responsibilities
- Own creative direction from initial concept through final implementation across digital and brand initiatives
- Develop and communicate a defined creative point of view that aligns with brand strategy
- Lead and mentor design teams while maintaining design quality and creative standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining flexibility as business priorities shift
- Direct Webflow design and development workflows to ensure seamless brand implementation
- Collaborate across departments to align creative vision with business objectives
