Responsibilities

• Design and implement brand-consistent visual experiences across multiple channels and platforms
• Apply Design Thinking principles to solve complex product design challenges
• Create and maintain design systems using Webflow to ensure brand consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling designs
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Adobe XD and Webflow
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design standards and best practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional product design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe XD and design tools
• Solid understanding of Webflow fundamentals and how design translates to web implementation
• Demonstrated experience with Design Thinking methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
• Portfolio showcasing mid-level design work and design process
