About the Role
Meaningful is seeking a Remote Growth & Creative Lead to guide a small creative team and own the complete vision for landing pages and websites. In this design-led position, you'll shape client positioning, direct a designer and Webflow developer, and ensure quality from conception through delivery. This is ideal for someone with strong design judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance creative direction with strategic business goals in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small creative team including a designer and Webflow developer
- Own the visual design, messaging, and overall positioning strategy for client projects
- Write and refine copy that aligns with client brand voice and growth objectives
- Present work to clients and communicate design decisions with confidence and clarity
- Drive quality standards and best practices across all landing page and website projects
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design vision translates seamlessly in Webflow
Requirements
- Strong design judgment and UX sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating landing page or website design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience leading or mentoring creative professionals
- Ability to write, refine, and strategize messaging and copy
- Comfort working in remote-first environments, ideally with availability across Americas time zones
- Experience working with Webflow developers or understanding of Webflow's capabilities
