About the Role

As a Creative Designer & Webflow Developer, you'll be the driving force behind Qureos' visual storytelling and digital presence. This is a unique opportunity to design and build in one seamless workflow—no handoffs, no translation gaps—creating high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and motion work that directly impacts company growth. You'll work at speed with the growth, marketing, and founding teams, shipping campaigns that reach thousands of job boards and make hiring faster feel real. Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages, ad creatives, and motion assets in Webflow without developer handoffs
• Create high-converting marketing campaigns across two distinct audiences: companies hiring and job-seeking talent
• Develop cohesive visual language and branding across multiple funnels and touchpoints
• Produce organic social creatives and paid ad designs, understanding the unique requirements of each channel
• Collaborate directly with growth, marketing, and founders to rapidly ship, test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on performance data
• Manage quick turnarounds and tight deadlines while maintaining design quality and strategic alignment

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional design experience with a proven track record of shipped work (portfolio required)
• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow; ability to design and build high-converting landing pages independently
• Demonstrated experience creating high-converting landing pages, not just visually appealing ones
• Hands-on experience producing both organic social creatives and paid ad designs
• Motion design skills integrated into your toolkit, not a stretch goal
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal briefs and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Nice to Have

• 8+ years of design experience
• Arabic language fluency to catch nuances that translations might miss
