About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team as a freelance contractor working 10–40 hours per week, fully remote. If you're a designer picking up Webflow or a developer transitioning from WordPress, this is the perfect opportunity to work on high-impact B2B marketing websites for top-tier clients. You'll collaborate closely with our art directors and account managers to deliver crisp, responsive websites and beautifully-rendered email templates. We value quality craftsmanship and attention to detail—no prior Webflow mastery required, just genuine passion for the platform and the work.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, pixel-perfect websites in Webflow from approved design mockups, primarily for B2B companies (home pages, features pages, pricing pages, and content pages)
• Develop hand-coded and builder-based email templates using platforms like Hubspot, Marketo, and Mailchimp
• Create conversion-optimized landing pages in tools like Unbounce and Instapage as needed
• Test emails using Litmus to ensure rendering across all devices and browsers
• Collaborate with art directors on design direction and with account managers on workflow, feedback, and timelines
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure best-in-class deliverables
• Communicate proactively with the team on project status, challenges, and timelines

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Webflow and WordPress (we don't expect 10 years in Webflow—we just love the platform and know you will too)
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS—builders are great, but you must understand what's happening under the hood
• Experience building hand-coded and builder-based email templates
• Superb communication and time management skills
• Dedication to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Must be a full-time freelancer (we don't work with people moonlighting from a full-time job)
• Must be based in the United States and available to work remotely

Nice to Have

• An eye for design and ability to suggest improvements beyond approved mockups
• Curiosity about web technology and interest in learning new platforms and languages
• Experience with Litmus or other email testing tools
