About the Role

Atticor is seeking a Marketing Web Developer to design and develop high-converting landing pages and websites that drive client acquisition across multiple national legal brands. This full-time remote position emphasizes front-end excellence and pixel-level craftsmanship, with hands-on experience in Webflow, WordPress, and landing page platforms. You'll work closely with designers, media buyers, and legal teams to ship fast, test live paid traffic, and optimize conversion rates—all while reporting to the Director of Marketing. This role is ideal for a developer with strong visual sensibility, performance-driven mindset, and proven ability to build production-quality websites in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-converting landing pages at volume using Unbounce and custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript across multiple brands and case types
• Build and maintain brand websites on WordPress, including creating new pages, templates, and custom features
• Implement and manage A/B tests in collaboration with media buyers, iterating based on performance data
• Ensure optimal page performance by meeting Core Web Vitals targets on mobile devices through image, script, font, and third-party tag optimization
• Implement accurate tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, firing pixel and server-side conversion events, and preserving UTM parameters through form submissions
• Translate design assets from Figma mockups and briefs into responsive, accessible, and polished web pages
• Create reusable templates and component libraries to accelerate future page development
• Manage the landing page queue effectively, ensuring timely delivery and proper tracking implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience building production websites and landing pages with a portfolio of live projects
• Hands-on experience with Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, or similar landing page platforms
• Proficiency in WordPress theme development, including PHP templates, custom fields, and hooks
• Mobile-first development mindset with proven track record of fast-loading pages (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4
• Experience building and debugging web forms, including validation, hidden fields, spam prevention, and third-party integrations
• Conversion rate optimization experience with ability to run and analyze A/B tests
• Strong visual design sensibility with attention to spacing, typography, and hierarchy
• Comfortable using Git and managing basic deployment workflows
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical partners including media buyers, designers, attorneys, and intake teams

Nice to Have

• Full stack development experience with Node.js, Next.js, or React
• Server-side tracking implementation
• Background working in regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, or financial services
• Advanced design skills using Figma
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code to enhance development speed
