Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, cross-browser compatible Webflow pages with optimized load times
- Implement custom animations, interactions, and dynamic functionality using Webflow's native tools and custom code
- Develop and integrate CMS logic, workflows, and plugins to enable content management capabilities
- Ensure all pages meet accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) and web performance best practices
- Collaborate remotely with designers, stakeholders, and team members to deliver polished, production-ready landing pages
- Maintain design system consistency and document development approaches for scalability
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with Webflow development
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS with ability to write clean, maintainable code
