About the Role

Wow House Studio is hiring an experienced Webflow Developer to join their growing team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll design and build custom, high-performing websites, integrate complex APIs and databases, and collaborate directly with clients who value craft and quality. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented developer with 4+ years of Webflow experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to work on projects that make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom, high-performing websites using Webflow that reflect client brands while meeting premium quality standards
• Translate Figma mockups and original designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences
• Integrate APIs and connect Webflow sites to client databases and third-party services using Webflow's powerful capabilities
• Create responsive, mobile-first designs with an intuitive sense for how layouts adapt across devices, even without mobile mockups
• Handle post-launch updates, improvements, and ongoing optimization
• Participate in client calls, communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, and provide strategic recommendations on design, UX, and conversion optimization

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• Proven experience integrating APIs and connecting external databases to Webflow sites
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles with ability to implement designs without mockups
• Portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate technical excellence and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with Framer
• GSAP animation expertise
• Familiarity with Webflow frameworks (Lumos, Client-First, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with tool integrations like Zapier
• Background in UX/UI design
• Digital marketing knowledge (Google Analytics, conversion optimization)
