Digital Project Manager (Webflow)

Qontour

Job Description

About the Company

Qontour is a design and development studio that builds strategic, high-performing websites for B2B technology companies. As a Premium Webflow Enterprise Partner, they specialize in low-code development, partnering with growth-stage clients to create brand-forward web experiences that convert by blending clean design, sharp positioning, and smart systems.

About the Role

Qontour is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead delivery on three concurrent client website projects over the next 2–3 months in a fully remote contract role (United States or Canada). This is hands-on delivery management where you'll own projects from start to finish, keep work moving, and proactively eliminate blockers before they stall progress. If you have proven experience successfully shipping Webflow projects and thrive in fast-paced, async-first environments, this immediate-start opportunity is ideal for you—there's no ramp-up period.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple active Webflow builds, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
  • Maintain project tracking in ClickUp (agency-side) and Asana (client-side), managing status, priorities, and comments
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain content, assets, and approvals before they become blockers
  • Support the internal team with day-to-day needs and remove blockers as they arise
  • Flag project slippage early and propose solutions, not just identify problems
  • Partner with client managers to communicate with clients, primarily through async channels
  • Coordinate handoffs between design, development, and QA teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Webflow site development or project management experience with recent, proven success shipping projects—demonstrable knowledge of Webflow frameworks, CMS collections, and designer-level understanding
  • 3+ years managing website projects, including 2+ years at a digital agency working directly with clients (ideally B2B technology companies)
  • Strong technical understanding of website structure, webpage building, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and performance considerations
  • Working proficiency in both ClickUp and Asana, including views, task structure, dependencies, Gantt views, and status reporting
  • Clear, confident written communication and strong documentation habits
  • Proactive mindset—you anticipate needs and take initiative rather than waiting for direction
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience on Webflow Enterprise accounts using the full suite of Webflow features (Localization, Analyze, Optimize)
  • Familiarity with QA, analytics, and performance monitoring tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals

Benefits & Perks

  • Part-time contract role: up to 32 hours per week
  • Contract duration: 2–3 months with immediate start
  • Compensation: $50–70 USD/hour, depending on experience
  • Fully remote with flexible hours within an async-first team culture
