About the Role

Webnomads is hiring a Webflow Developer to join their fully remote team. In this role, you'll build complete, pixel-perfect Webflow websites from Figma designs, manage complex CMS structures, and develop scalable, reusable components for clients worldwide. You'll be a proactive problem-solver with deep Webflow expertise, strong design sensibilities, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly in async, remote environments with English-speaking teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build production-quality Webflow websites from Figma designs with responsive, pixel-perfect implementations and clean code structure
• Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections, including complex collections, filters, and relations
• Develop reusable components and scalable layout patterns that maintain consistency across projects
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and enhanced functionality using Finsweet attributes or custom code
• Optimize websites for performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility standards
• Maintain consistent, logical class naming and clean project architecture following best practices
• Collaborate closely with designers, clients, and team members in a fully remote environment
• Contribute to improving team workflows, standards, and overall build quality

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on Webflow development experience with strong command of Webflow Designer and CMS functionality
• Advanced responsive design and layout skills using CSS flexbox, grid, custom properties, and responsive typography
• Solid semantic HTML with the ability to write clean, accessible markup that supports SEO and screen readers
• Deep understanding of Webflow best practices, common limitations, and scalable project architecture
• Proven ability to build and maintain reusable components and modular structures across multiple pages and projects
• Good English and Polish communication skills (B2+ level) with the ability to collaborate in async/remote environments and explain technical decisions clearly
• Growth-oriented mindset with a quality-first attitude, strong attention to detail, and proactive ownership of your work

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming and structure frameworks
• Experience with Finsweet attributes or custom attributes for enhanced functionality
• Stronger technical SEO knowledge, including structured data and clean URL strategy
• Experience with advanced animation libraries like GSAP
• Comfort using AI workflow tools to enhance productivity
• Experience working with Figma for design inspection and understanding design tokens and systems
