Yield Solutions Group is hiring a CRO & Growth Marketing Manager to lead conversion optimization initiatives and drive measurable business growth. This role bridges marketing strategy with web technology, making it ideal for someone who understands both the business impact of conversions and the technical side of website optimization. You'll work from their Englewood, Colorado office, owning a conversion-focused ecosystem where you'll run experiments, optimize pages and forms, and collaborate cross-functionally with developers and designers to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present structured testing roadmaps and conversion optimization strategies to leadership
• Own the conversion-focused ecosystem across web properties and digital channels
• Run A/B tests and structured experiments to identify and implement high-impact improvements
• Optimize pages, forms, and user experience to boost conversion rates and user engagement
• Analyze site speed, performance metrics, and UX factors affecting conversions
• Collaborate with developers and designers to scope technical changes and UX improvements
• Track, measure, and report on conversion improvements and marketing performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or growth marketing
• Understanding of site speed, performance, and user experience principles
• Experience running A/B tests and structured experimentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development and design teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to present findings to leadership
• Experience optimizing pages, forms, and digital conversion funnels
