About the Role
Join Strada Education Foundation's CredLens team as a Designer specializing in Brand Systems, UI, and Webflow Production. This hybrid position in Washington, DC offers the opportunity to shape cohesive brand experiences across digital and print channels. You'll work at the intersection of design systems and production, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the foundation's commitment to excellence. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented designer who excels at maintaining design standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistent, on-brand visuals across all digital and print materials
- Design and implement user interfaces using Figma, with attention to usability and brand alignment
- Manage Webflow production and implementation of design work, ensuring pixel-perfect execution
- Organize and maintain design files and documentation to support team efficiency and design standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver polished final products
- Uphold brand guidelines and design excellence across all organizational touchpoints
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Webflow or similar web design and production platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage design files and documentation
- Portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and design quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
