About the Role

Strada Education Foundation is hiring a Designer specializing in Brand Systems, UI, and Webflow Production for their Washington, DC office. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of design systems, user interface design, and web production using Webflow. You'll be a detail-oriented professional who ensures every digital and print asset maintains brand consistency and visual excellence while collaborating closely with the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain brand systems to ensure consistency across digital and print materials
• Create and refine UI designs using Figma with attention to detail and design standards
• Manage Webflow production and implementation of design assets for web platforms
• Organize and maintain design files and documentation to support team workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver polished, on-brand digital experiences
• Uphold design standards and quality across all projects and deliverables

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and design system work
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability with Webflow for web design and production
• Excellent organizational skills for managing design files and maintaining design standards
• Portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and quality design work
• Hybrid availability for the Washington, DC location
