About the Role

As Digital Experience Manager at Limble, you'll own web marketing strategy end-to-end, combining Webflow platform ownership, technical SEO, and AI-search visibility with design fluency and development literacy. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Marketing Strategy, you'll work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to build landing pages, ship campaigns, and continuously improve site speed, SEO, and conversion rates. This role is perfect for a strategic, action-oriented professional who can manage Limble's digital presence across traditional search, AI-generated answers, and owned digital properties while maintaining the highest standards of execution and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Webflow platform including CMS, page structure, design system implementation, publishing workflows, and overall site health
  • Execute technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawlability, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and on-page optimization
  • Ensure content and site structure are optimized for AI Overviews, AI Mode, and LLM-based assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) through AEO/GEO best practices
  • Maintain visual and UX quality standards on the site in partnership with brand resources, directing and evaluating creative work
  • Partner with developers on custom Webflow builds, integrations, and technical implementation; translate marketing needs into technical requirements
  • Track organic, direct, and referral traffic, on-site conversions, and connect web performance to MQL and pipeline metrics through analytics and reporting
  • Manage domains, redirects, and platform/brand migrations while applying lessons learned from past transitions
  • Integrate and manage marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email automation, forms, chat, personalization tools)
  • Troubleshoot website bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser/device compatibility problems
  • Maintain site security, backups, and basic web infrastructure/hosting needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, web strategy, or closely related role (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on Webflow expertise including Designer, CMS, interactions, hosting, and publishing
  • Strong technical SEO fluency with comfort discussing site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, and content strategy
  • Working knowledge of how AI Overviews, AI Mode, and LLM-based assistants source and cite content, with ability to optimize for GEO/AEO
  • Genuine design sensibility with trained eye and judgment to direct and evaluate creative work
  • Basic front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals) with ability to manage external dev resources and handle CMS-to-dev handoffs
  • Proficiency identifying and delivering insights from Google Analytics, Search Console, and ideally Salesforce or similar CRM reporting to connect web performance to pipeline
  • Stay current on web and martech trends and ability to recommend stack improvements

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO/competitive tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar)
  • Experience coordinating with PR or earned-media teams on third-party visibility (Reddit, review sites, trade press) as part of broader content/citation strategy
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue) for interactive landing pages
  • Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives)
