About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our in-office team in Schaumburg, IL. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position perfect for a strategic marketer who can execute end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, email, social media, and web development. You'll work with diverse clients to build and optimize their digital marketing presence while earning a competitive base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Paid Search campaigns, including keyword research, ad placement, and profitability optimization using Google Analytics
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, including landing page design and management
• Plan, design, and place social media ads across TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Create and design direct mail advertising materials
• Build and maintain simple one-page websites using Webflow
• Implement technical integrations using Zapier, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for landing pages and digital assets
• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for PRIMEDIA clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (1-2+ years minimum in all areas listed above)
• Google AdWords Certification required
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, keyword research, and campaign optimization
• Expertise with MailChimp and email marketing design
• Strong knowledge of Webflow, Zapier, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Ability to work in-office at our Schaumburg, IL headquarters (not remote)
• Experience-level professional (not a recent graduate)

• Proven track record of managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns
• Experience with multiple social media marketing platforms at scale
• Background in media buying or advertising services
