About the Role
RedStream is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a SAAS client's marketing team in Manhattan, NY on a hybrid basis. This is a mid-senior level position perfect for a B2B marketer who thrives managing paid campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and digital experiences. You'll own the full lifecycle of digital marketing initiatives—from campaign strategy and paid media optimization to web updates and creative production—while supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and target account strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and industry partner channels
- Monitor performance against KPIs including inbound leads, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution; translate data into actionable insights
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing across audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated ABM campaigns spanning paid media, email, content, and web for target accounts
- Support website updates, landing page builds, and digital experience improvements, leveraging Webflow expertise
- Develop and adapt digital assets using modern marketing tools, and write sharp, on-brand copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and campaign touchpoints
- Apply modern SEO and AEO best practices to strengthen organic visibility and content performance
- Leverage AI tools (including Claude) to scale and streamline marketing outputs without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B software environment
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads—deep platform knowledge, not surface-level
- Strong grasp of multi-stakeholder ABM, B2B buyer journeys, and how to build campaigns supporting longer sales cycles
- Excellent copywriting skills for both performance and brand campaigns
- Solid analytical skills with a track record of turning metrics into strategic decisions
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
