Digital Project Manager
Job Description
About the Company
Qontour is a design and development studio that builds strategic, high-performing websites for B2B technology companies. As a Premium Webflow Enterprise Partner, they partner with growth-stage clients to create brand-forward web experiences that convert by blending clean design, sharp positioning, and smart systems, with a focus on low-code development.
About the Role
Qontour is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to run delivery on three concurrent client website projects over the next 2–3 months. This is a hands-on contract engagement with an immediate start that requires proven expertise shipping Webflow projects. You'll own the projects end-to-end, keeping work moving and ensuring nothing stalls on decisions or assets. This role is fully remote and ideal for a self-directed project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, async-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active Webflow builds, including timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
- Manage project tracking in ClickUp (agency-side) and Asana (client-side), maintaining status, priorities, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients to obtain content, assets, and approvals before they become blockers
- Support the internal team with day-to-day needs and remove blockers as they arise
- Flag project slippage early and propose solutions, not just problems
- Partner with client managers to communicate with clients, primarily through async channels
- Coordinate handoffs between design, development, and QA teams
Requirements
- 2+ years building or managing Webflow site development with recent, proven experience shipping successful projects—you understand Webflow frameworks, CMS collections, and can communicate effectively with both designers and developers
- 3+ years managing website projects, including 2+ years at a digital agency working directly with clients, ideally in B2B technology
- Strong technical understanding of website structure, webpage architecture, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and performance considerations
- Working proficiency in ClickUp and Asana, including views, task structure, dependencies, Gantt views, and status reporting
- Clear, confident written communication and strong documentation habits
- Proactive approach with a bias toward initiative—you anticipate needs and move things forward without waiting
- Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience on Webflow Enterprise accounts using the full suite of Webflow features (Localization, Analyze, Optimize)
- Familiarity with QA, analytics, and performance monitoring tools
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals
Benefits & Perks
- Part-time contract: up to 32 hours per week
- Duration: 2–3 months
- Compensation: $50–70 USD/hour, depending on experience
- Fully remote—United States or Canada
- Flexible hours within an async-first team culture
