About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Digital and Growth Marketing Manager to drive high-intent web traffic and transform Replicant's web properties into a conversion-optimized, data-driven growth engine. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in Webflow, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization—operating as an autonomous expert-level individual contributor who partners across Demand Generation, Advertising, Product, and RevOps. Based in the United States, this position reports to the Director of Demand Generation and is ideal for someone who combines AI tooling proficiency with pragmatic testing methodology and a passion for building scalable marketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-intent web traffic and quality by owning website growth end-to-end, focusing on traffic growth, ICP alignment, and funnel conversion efficiency
- Scale content and personalization with AI by leveraging cutting-edge tools to build 1:1 personalized landing pages, programmatic SEO assets, and targeted site content at scale
- Own technical site operations and attribution setup, including GA4 event configuration, UTM tracking, cookie management, form routing, and integrations into Unify, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Champion an "Always Be Testing" culture across landing pages, forms, and user journeys with resource-efficient testing workflows and custom dashboards
- Partner cross-functionally with Advertising, Lead Gen, Product, and Sales/RevOps to align campaign traffic with web experiences and verify lead delivery
- Optimize site structure, content, and schema for SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across platforms
- Concept, build, and optimize interactive site features such as ROI calculators and maturity assessments, plus high-converting trial and demo flows
Requirements
- 6+ years of specialized growth marketing, web management, or conversion rate optimization experience in SaaS/B2B technology, operating as an autonomous expert-level individual contributor
- Deep, hands-on expert skills in Webflow, Google Analytics (GA4 setup, custom events, tag management), and conversion tracking frameworks
- Experience integrating AI tools into growth workflows for scaling landing page production, copy generation, and personalization
- Proven technical MarTech integration experience managing UTMs, forms, cookie management, and cross-platform integrations
- Demonstrated ability to run continuous A/B tests, landing page experiments, and CRO programs using flexible, cost-effective methods and custom reporting dashboards
- Direct accountability for pipeline metrics, traffic quality, conversion rates, and lead delivery with a data-driven, funnel-focused mindset
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally across Demand Generation, Advertising, Product, and RevOps to tie web traffic directly to sales outcomes
