About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to run delivery on three concurrent Webflow client website projects over the next 2–3 months. This is a hands-on contract role with immediate start and no ramp-up period—perfect for someone with proven experience successfully shipping Webflow projects. You'll own the projects end-to-end, keep work moving, and ensure nothing stalls waiting on decisions or assets. This is a fully remote position available to candidates in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active Webflow builds, including timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
• Oversee project tracking in ClickUp (agency-side) and Asana (client-side), maintaining accurate status updates, priorities, and communications
• Coordinate with clients to obtain content, assets, and approvals before they become blockers
• Support the internal development team with day-to-day needs and remove blockers as they arise
• Flag project slippage early and propose solutions, not just identify problems
• Partner with client managers to communicate with clients, primarily through asynchronous channels
• Coordinate handoffs between design, development, and QA phases

Requirements

• 2+ years building or managing Webflow site development, with recent, proven experience shipping successful projects—including understanding of Webflow frameworks, CMS collections, and designer-level knowledge
• 3+ years managing website projects, with at least 2+ years at a digital agency working directly with clients, ideally in B2B technology
• Working proficiency in ClickUp and Asana, including views, task structure, dependencies, Gantt views, and status reporting
• Clear, confident written communication and strong documentation habits
• Proactive mindset—you anticipate needs and drive progress rather than waiting for direction
• Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous-first, globally distributed team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience managing Webflow Enterprise accounts and leveraging the full suite of Webflow features (Localization, Analyze, Optimize)
• Familiarity with QA, analytics, and performance monitoring tools
• Working knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals
