About the Role
Scale Army is seeking a dedicated Webflow Project Lead to own the complete project lifecycle for B2B tech websites. In this remote position, you'll coordinate across design, development, and content teams to ensure timely, successful launches while managing client expectations and maintaining clear communication throughout the delivery process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async environments and excels at driving projects to completion.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete project lifecycle for Webflow website deliverables, from kickoff through launch
- Build and maintain detailed project plans using ClickUp and Asana to track progress and deadlines
- Coordinate across design, development, and content teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Gather and synthesize client feedback, translating it into actionable deliverables
- Drive clear handoffs between teams to prevent delays and maintain project momentum
- Ensure all projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Communicate status updates and blockers in an async, remote-first environment
Requirements
- Proven project management experience leading website or digital product launches
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (design, development, content)
- Excellent written communication skills for async collaboration
- Familiarity with Webflow or web development project workflows
- Ability to manage client relationships and gather feedback effectively
