About the Role

Qontour is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to own delivery across three concurrent client website projects over the next 23 months. This is hands-on, high-accountability project management where you'll keep Webflow builds moving, coordinate cross-functional teams, and eliminate blockers before they stall progress. You'll work fully remote (US/Canada) in an async-first environment, managing timelines and client relationships for B2B technology web projects. This contract role requires immediate availability with no ramp-up period—you need proven experience successfully shipping Webflow projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active Webflow builds, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
• Track project status, priorities, and communication in ClickUp (agency-side) and Asana (client-side)
• Coordinate with clients to obtain content, assets, and approvals before they become blockers
• Support the internal team by removing day-to-day blockers and keeping work moving
• Flag project slippage early with proposed solutions, not just problems
• Partner with client managers to communicate updates, primarily through async channels
• Coordinate handoffs between design, development, and QA teams

Requirements

• 2+ years building or managing Webflow site development with recent, proven experience shipping successful projects
• Deep knowledge of Webflow frameworks, CMS collections, and ability to communicate confidently with developers
• 3+ years managing website projects, including 2+ years at a digital agency working directly with B2B technology clients
• Strong technical understanding of website structure, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and performance considerations
• Working proficiency in ClickUp and Asana (views, task structure, dependencies, Gantt views, status reporting)
• Clear, confident written communication and strong documentation habits
• Bias toward initiative—anticipate needs and drive progress in an async-first, fully remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience managing Webflow Enterprise accounts with the full suite of features (Localization, Analyze, Optimize)
• Familiarity with QA, analytics, and performance monitoring tools
• Working knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals
