About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Webflow Project Manager to take ownership of website project delivery for our B2B tech-focused studio. In this remote role, you'll manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination across multiple Webflow projects, ensuring clients and teams stay aligned throughout the development process. This is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in async environments and can drive projects from kickoff to launch.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across multiple Webflow projects
- Build and maintain project plans in ClickUp and Asana to track dependencies and project status
- Coordinate client feedback, content, and approvals to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure clear and efficient handoffs between design, development, and QA teams
- Collect client decisions and assets proactively to prevent delays
- Take ownership of website project delivery from initiation through launch
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing website or digital projects, including Webflow builds
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp and Asana
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on keeping projects on track
