About the Role

Click Here Labs is hiring a Full-Stack Web Developer to join their collaborative team in Dallas, TX. In this full-time role, you'll build and maintain client websites and web applications across multiple platforms including Webflow, WordPress, Drupal, and custom React solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level to early-career developer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, values continuous learning, and is eager to work with modern development tools including AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client websites and web applications across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom React/front-end solutions
• Deliver features independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and UX architects to translate creative concepts into functional, performant web experiences
• Support overflow work across multiple client accounts, quickly adapting to different tech stacks and project requirements
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews with the team
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar) as part of your daily workflow, understanding when to trust output, when to verify it, and when to use alternative approaches
• Identify patterns in development processes worth improving and help implement those changes
• Contribute to internal tools, websites, process improvements, and documentation efforts

Requirements

• Two to three years of professional application development experience
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React preferred; Vue or similar acceptable)
• Working knowledge of CMS development (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or similar)
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD concepts
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility basics
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party services
• Active use of AI coding assistants in your development workflow
• Portfolio or code samples demonstrating front-end and full-stack work
• Experience delivering projects on deadline with real client or stakeholder accountability

Nice to Have

• Agency experience delivering digital projects
• Experience with CMS development, particularly Webflow
• Exposure to .NET or other enterprise framework environments
• Experience with banner/display advertising production (HTML5, Google Ads)
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization
• Knowledge of database solutions and SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
