About the Role

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Web & Search to own the day-to-day operations of our website and drive our SEO and AEO strategy. In this San Francisco-based, in-office role, you'll be the person who ships new pages, localization work, and site changes while strategizing and executing how Decagon shows up in both traditional search and AI-driven search surfaces. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives on execution, has deep SEO expertise, and is comfortable working directly in Webflow to move fast and remove bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Run website execution day-to-day and build systems for speed: Project manage and execute against the website roadmap, launching new pages, making ongoing site changes, and improving workflows and tooling to remove manual bottlenecks
• Own and execute SEO and AEO strategy: Set strategy for how Decagon shows up in traditional search and AI-driven search surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar), explore programmatic approaches to scale content production, and execute hands-on work including managing content contractors
• Help make the site scalable as we expand internationally: Own website localization work, manage cookie consent and privacy policy updates, and build infrastructure to support growth into new markets
• Manage content contractors and work closely with internal teams to keep production moving and aligned with strategy
• Track performance and measure impact: Set goals, analyze data, and determine whether SEO/AEO work is actually driving pipeline and business results

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a company website day-to-day with hands-on CMS proficiency—specifically experience shipping pages and changes in Webflow without requiring an engineer for every task
• Real SEO and AEO expertise: ability to set strategy and execute it yourself, with knowledge of how AI-driven search is changing the discipline
• Technical comfort with HTML/CSS, scripting, or web development experience
• Fluency with SEO/AEO tools: GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and ability to pull and interpret your own data
• Analytical mindset: set goals, measure against them, and determine ROI of SEO/AEO work on pipeline and revenue
• Comfortable managing contractors and freelancers while working closely with internal teams
• Comfort with or curiosity about programmatic approaches to scaling content and search presence

Nice to Have

• Experience with website localization or multi-market SEO (hreflang, localized content strategy)
• Experience building or working with programmatic SEO/content systems
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Clay, Unify, or similar tools
• Experience working alongside a senior technical growth lead or growth engineering function
