About the Role

We're looking for an Interactive Designer to design and build Mixpanel's website—the front door to our product and biggest driver of pipeline. This hands-on role in San Francisco combines interactive design expertise with the ability to build directly in Framer (Webflow experience translates well). You'll partner with our Staff Interactive Designer and Website Manager, working cross-functionally with Marketing to turn strategy into shipped web experiences that shape how prospects understand, trust, and convert on Mixpanel. Responsibilities

• Design and build pages and components directly in Framer, bringing interaction, motion, and micro-interactions to life rather than handing off static designs
• Create and iterate on landing pages for campaigns, launches, and regional/ABM needs that drive pipeline goals
• Contribute to and maintain a component library, building clean, flexible, reusable components with strong naming conventions and organization
• Ensure responsive behavior, accessibility, and performance are built in as core craft, not afterthoughts
• Partner daily with the Staff Interactive Designer on craft direction and interaction decisions, and coordinate with the Website Manager on prioritization and publishing cadence
• Collaborate with Brand Design, Copy, and Campaign/PMM stakeholders to translate briefs and brand direction into on-brand web experiences
• Take ownership of pages and projects end-to-end while contributing ideas to shape how the team builds

Requirements

• Hands-on production experience designing and building for the web in Framer or Webflow—not just Figma comps
• Experience working with CMS-driven content in Framer or Webflow
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and composition applied to web and interactive contexts
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped, live web work with motion and interaction design—not just static mockups
• Builder mindset: you think in systems and components, maintain design system hygiene as part of your craft, and genuinely enjoy the build phase
• Comfort translating brand and campaign direction into interactive experiences, with the ability to give and receive feedback in critique

• Curiosity about new web design tools and techniques, and a track record of bringing those insights back to team processes
