About the Role

Magier is seeking a Junior Webflow Project Manager to oversee creative projects for some of the world's leading companies in a fully remote position. You'll be the bridge between clients and developers, managing workflows, ensuring pixel-perfect deliverables, and coordinating daily Webflow tasks that impact top-tier brands. This role offers a steep learning curve with increasing responsibility—ideal for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a passion for Webflow and creative project management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and project requirements
• Coordinate and partially execute daily Webflow tasks, plan workflows, and manage project deadlines
• Prepare comprehensive work packages for Webflow developers to ensure clarity and execution excellence
• Conduct quality control for Webflow projects to consistently deliver pixel-perfect outcomes
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and team performance
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional work and maintain high standards on every project

Requirements

• Proficiency in Webflow, including Components, Client First methodology, CMS, and related features
• Professional experience managing creative projects (e.g., Creative Project Manager, Campaign Manager, or similar role)
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong, proactive attitude with autonomy and accountability
• Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus
• Understanding of creative communication and how innovative content drives business results

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), A/B testing, and sales funnels
• Experience in the SaaS industry
