About the Role
As the Manager, SEO and Digital Experience at Evidence In Motion, you'll own the organic growth and digital experience strategy across the entire EIM ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for an experienced SEO professional who combines strategic vision with tactical execution—you'll drive discoverability, usability, and conversion performance while leading a growing digital experience team. Based in the United States, this position offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-level SEO strategy across multiple business units and web properties, working at the intersection of SEO, UX/CRO, web development, and content enablement.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve EIM's enterprise SEO strategy across all business units and web properties, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content enablement, and authority building
- Own UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy across EIM web experiences, identifying and prioritizing improvements that enhance clarity, usability, and conversion
- Partner with Web Developers to ensure performance, accessibility, scalability, and technical SEO best practices across marketing properties and platform decisions
- Direct content requirements and partner with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Writer resources to ensure SEO-informed, user-focused content that supports discoverability and conversion
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Analytics, and Marketing Operations to align SEO and UX priorities with product positioning, tracking, and attribution
- Own organic growth, UX, and CRO performance metrics; review performance regularly and surface insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary digital experience team, setting clear expectations, goals, and fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, digital experience, growth, or performance marketing roles
- Proven experience leading SEO strategy across multiple products or business units
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, UX, and CRO principles
- Experience managing both individual contributors and people managers
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and web development workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with experience partnering with analytics teams, plus excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
