With dedicated chairside, technical support, and Customer Experience teams, Peterson Dental Laboratory is now seeking a hands-on marketer to amplify their impact.

About the Role

Peterson Dental Laboratory is hiring a Marketing Manager who ships—a hands-on marketer ready to own the full marketing execution, not just strategy. Working from Delray Beach, Florida on a full-time basis (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), you'll write content, update the website, build email and SMS campaigns, and run lead funnels using tools like GoHighLevel. This role is perfect for someone who loves finishing good work every week and can explain complex dental products to busy dentists with clear, compelling writing.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish content for dentists, including product pages, sell sheets, case studies, newsletters, blog articles, and short videos.
• Keep the website current and accurate by updating product and landing pages in the CMS and improving SEO performance.
• Build and send email and SMS campaigns to prospects and existing dental customers, including campaigns highlighting underutilized products.
• Build and run funnels, forms, landing pages, and follow-up sequences in GoHighLevel to convert inquiries into tracked leads for the Sales team.
• Use AI tools like Claude daily to draft content, research, automate repetitive tasks, and document automations for team use.
• Learn products from leadership and department managers, ensuring all clinical claims are reviewed before publishing.
• Design, target, test, and time campaigns within the approved plan and budget; recommend what to scale, fix, or cut.
• Report weekly on shipped work and campaign results to the Growth team, providing honest feedback on what isn't working.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating published work you produced: web pages, emails, campaigns, and written content (work samples required with application).
• Clear, plain writing ability for busy professionals; ability to make technical subjects easy to follow.
• Hands-on experience updating websites in a CMS such as Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.
• Experience building email and SMS campaigns and automations in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in daily work, or genuine eagerness to develop proficiency.
• Working skill in Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools.
• Coachable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently without constant direction.

Nice to Have

• Dental experience: marketing for dentists or dental companies, or direct experience working in a dental practice or lab.

Note: Benefits available on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. Physical requirements include ability to work at a computer for extended periods and occasional local travel to trade shows, study clubs, and lunch-and-learns. Finalists complete a paid project.
