About the Role
Faith Forward is seeking a proactive, creative, and organized Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join their small and passionate team in West Fargo, ND. This full-time position serves as the executional backbone of the organization, supporting the Executive Director through marketing, operations, and administrative excellence. You'll thrive wearing multiple hats in a collaborative, mission-driven environment where operational excellence is valued as an act of Kingdom stewardship. This role is perfect for someone who excels at bringing order to complexity while managing Webflow websites, social media, events, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Faith Forward's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) with consistent messaging and visual identity
- Maintain and update website content using Webflow, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Design branded materials, graphics, and event promotions using Canva and create/schedule email campaigns using Mailchimp
- Coordinate logistics and registration for events using TicketSpice and Whova, and set up/manage virtual events on Zoom
- Monitor and maintain community platforms like Mighty Networks while tracking engagement metrics and identifying process improvements
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling, email follow-up, document preparation, meeting notes, and donor communications
- Organize files and collaboration tools using Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite, providing tech support during live digital events as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, administration, or related fields
- Proficiency with digital tools including Social Media Platforms, Canva, Mailchimp, TicketSpice, Whova, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Mighty Networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Graphic design and basic video editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Alignment with Faith Forward's mission and values
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow or other website content management systems
- Familiarity with CRM systems and donor management processes
