About the Role

We're seeking a Partner Manager to develop and implement strategies that grow the Webflow partner ecosystem and extend our reach into enterprise markets. In this remote-first position, you'll build strategic relationships with agencies, create scalable programs that drive mutual growth, and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify high-value partnership opportunities. This is a full-time, permanent exempt role perfect for someone with strong commercial instincts and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes while driving revenue generation through co-selling and partner collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Help define and structure the Webflow partner ecosystem, building acquisition and business development strategies to grow the program
  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new partners aligned with our Ideal Sales Partner Profile (ISPP), including full-stack agencies with $50k+ minimum project sizes
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing teams to provide partners with best-in-class tools, resources, and features
  • Create and lead business objectives for partner acquisition, co-sell opportunity generation, and revenue targets
  • Build long-term collaborations and champion partner account adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Drive partner-sourced opportunities that build pipeline for our Sales Led team, using data-driven metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Balance partner needs with internal priorities while maintaining momentum toward shared business objectives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Partner Management role with KPIs pertaining to partner-sourced pipeline
  • Demonstrated experience with partner marketing, partner programs, and/or business development
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing partner needs with internal priorities while maintaining momentum toward shared goals
  • Data-driven mindset with strong commercial instincts to quickly recognize mutual value-creation opportunities
  • Structured autonomy—proactively managing partner portfolios without constant oversight while executing against well-defined goals
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with SaaS enterprise partnerships (such as Optimizely or Contentful)
  • Curiosity and fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock new partnership opportunities

Benefits & Perks

Compensation (varies by location and experience):

  • United States: $161,000 - $210,000 USD (depending on zone and cost of labor)
  • Canada (ON & BC): $175,000 - $205,000 CAD
  • On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus sales commissions/bonuses
  • Equity, company bonus, and/or sales commissions/bonuses

Work Arrangement: Full-time, permanent, remote-first position (available in the United States, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada). Reporting to Senior Manager, Partnerships.
