About the Role

Baker Tilly is seeking a mid-level Product Designer: Webflow Growth & Paid Learning to shape how their brand looks, sounds, and feels across every channel. Based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, this hybrid role offers hands-on ownership, mentorship focused on Webflow expertise, and clear opportunities for career advancement. You'll be an ideal fit if you're passionate about design systems, brand consistency, and using Webflow to bring creative visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Design Thinking methodology to solve user-centered problems
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Adobe XD and Webflow
• Own design projects from conception through implementation with clear accountability
• Contribute to the visual and experiential direction of digital products and marketing materials
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience at a mid-level or equivalent
• Proficiency with Adobe XD or similar design tools
• Experience with Webflow or willingness to learn and grow in the platform
• Strong understanding of design systems and brand consistency principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
• Portfolio demonstrating product design work and visual design capability
