About the Role

As a Remote Web Designer at Pavago, you'll craft responsive, visually polished web experiences that delight users and meet business goals. In this role, you'll translate briefs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes while working asynchronously with developers and stakeholders. This is ideal for a designer who thrives in remote environments, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of projects from concept through implementation review.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on client briefs and product goals
• Design responsive, user-centered web experiences optimized for all devices
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implementation-ready and maintain visual fidelity
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders
• Communicate proactively across asynchronous, remote team channels
• Own design projects from initial concept through final implementation review

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design expertise
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design best practices
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment with excellent communication skills
• Experience collaborating with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
