About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Web Developer to join our dynamic team at GrabJobs. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive, high-performance marketing websites and landing pages that support our clients' growth initiatives. You will translate approved designs into functional digital experiences, ensuring they are fast, accessible, and aligned with conversion goals. Working closely with web designers, strategists, SEO specialists, and clients, you'll deliver seamless and impactful online platforms in a collaborative, fast-paced, fully remote environment across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages based on approved designs
• Create reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to meet visual and functional specifications
• Implement SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking requirements
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Maintain and update existing websites with minimal disruption to live environments
• Review designs with the creative team and address visual or functional issues before launch

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proven experience building responsive, production-ready websites
• Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into functional web pages
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and basic technical SEO principles
• Experience with analytics and conversion tracking tools, such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
