About the Role

Instawork is hiring a Webflow Developer for Growth Marketing to take ownership of their marketing website and CMS infrastructure. This remote, part-time position is perfect for a developer who combines technical excellence with marketing mindset—you'll partner directly with the Growth Marketing Director and SEO Manager to build scalable, conversion-focused pages that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive marketing pages from Figma designs using Webflow, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation
• Maintain and optimize CMS collections to support scalable content publishing and updates
• Implement lightweight JavaScript enhancements to improve user interactions and functionality
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and SEO teams to align technical execution with campaign goals
• Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals and performance best practices
• Ensure semantic HTML and accessible markup across all deliverables

Requirements

• Expert-level Webflow development skills with proven portfolio of marketing websites
• Strong proficiency in responsive design and semantic HTML
• Experience with CMS collections and Webflow content management workflows
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with Finsweet or similar Webflow libraries
• Comfortable writing lightweight JavaScript for Webflow enhancements

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with Growth Marketing and SEO teams
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
