About the Role

We're seeking an expert remote Webflow developer to provide ongoing support and maintenance for instawork.com, our primary marketing website. This is a part-time contract position (20 hours per week) based in the Pacific Time Zone, perfect for a senior Webflow developer who can build and launch high-quality pages quickly and independently. You'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Director and SEO Manager, bringing technical expertise, speed, and problem-solving to every project.

Responsibilities

• Create and update website pages, content, and layouts to support the marketing team's initiatives
• Build responsive marketing pages and landing pages from Figma designs with pixel-perfect accuracy
• Create, improve, and maintain programmatic SEO page templates and Webflow CMS collections
• Build and refine reusable Webflow components that improve consistency and accelerate future development
• Improve and maintain the existing style system with scalable, semantic CSS architecture
• Add Webflow interactions, animations, and lightweight custom JavaScript as needed
• Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance issues across pages and templates
• Publish content and perform QA before and after launch; communicate with the team via Slack and Zoom

Requirements

• Expert-level Webflow development experience with proven ability to build and launch high-quality pages quickly and efficiently
• Advanced experience with Webflow CMS, including collections, dynamic binding, collection templates, filtering, and sorting
• Proficiency in creating responsive pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile using Figma designs
• Strong understanding of semantic HTML, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, schema markup, redirects, and SEO best practices
• Experience with Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow libraries and lightweight JavaScript when needed
• Ability to work independently, identify potential issues, and recommend better solutions
• Availability within 4 hours of Pacific Time Zone (US-based candidates preferred, but international applications welcome)

Nice to Have

• Experience with web design, content publishing, or motion design
• Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor to accelerate development workflow
