About the Company
BX Studio is a ~70-person digital agency and Webflow Enterprise Partner of the Year that designs and builds high-performance websites, SEO/AEO programs, and GTM infrastructure for venture-backed B2B tech companies—from Series A through IPO. Their clients include Reddit, Headspace, Verifone, and dozens of other category leaders.
About the Role
As Senior B2B Marketing Manager at BX Studio, you'll be the single owner of the company's marketing engine—a builder role where you'll stand up channels, create systems, and drive pipeline that fuels their next phase of growth. This is BX Studio's first dedicated marketing hire, and you'll work directly with the CEO with wide latitude to shape strategy and execution. You'll own everything from newsletters and social media to case studies, webinars, and thought leadership content across the Webflow ecosystem and B2B tech landscape. This is a remote, full-time position reporting to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a monthly Partner Newsletter and Marketing Newsletter, owning list segmentation, deliverability, and performance reporting
- Plan, create, and publish a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram, covering company news, case studies, and thought leadership to drive follower growth and inbound leads
- Lead end-to-end case study production—from client interviews through design and publishing—and version each for websites, pitch decks, and social formats
- Produce webinars showcasing BX Studio expertise, often co-hosted with clients or technology partners like Webflow, managing promotion, logistics, and post-event content repurposing
- Develop long-form content assets (ebooks, guides, reports) on B2B website strategy, Webflow at scale, and AEO, with dedicated on-site capture flows to convert traffic into pipeline
- Maintain an always-current case study library that the sales team can access instantly
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at an agency, SaaS company, or professional services firm selling to tech or startup audiences
- Proven track record building and managing content programs across email, social, and long-form channels
- Strong writing and editorial skills—ability to interview clients, draft case studies, and write compelling content with minimal supervision
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Webflow)
- Understanding of SEO/AEO fundamentals and how content marketing drives organic pipeline
- Resourceful and execution-oriented, comfortable operating as a team of one with freelancer and AI-assisted workflow support
