About the Role

As Digital Experience Manager, you'll own Limble's web marketing strategy from end-to-end, taking full ownership of the Webflow platform while driving technical SEO and AI-search visibility initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone with design fluency and development literacy who can bridge marketing, design, and content teams to deliver measurable business impact. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across landing pages, campaigns, site performance, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Webflow platform, overseeing site architecture, migrations, and ongoing optimization
• Develop and execute comprehensive web marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Implement technical SEO best practices and manage AI-search visibility initiatives to improve organic discovery
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to build landing pages and ship campaigns
• Monitor and improve site speed, user experience, and conversion rates using data-driven insights
• Partner with external agencies and tools to drive performance insights and strategic recommendations
• Track and report on results tied to MQLs and pipeline metrics to demonstrate ROI

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency with Webflow platform and web design/development fundamentals
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience optimizing for search visibility
• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns and landing page creation
• Fluency in marketing analytics and ability to tie web performance to MQL and pipeline metrics
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with design and content professionals
• US-based (remote or location flexible based on company needs)
