About the Role

As a Senior Digital Designer at Clever Little Design, you'll bring the wow factor to every scroll, working on diverse projects for corporate clients. This remote position (with optional access to Reading and London offices) is perfect for an experienced agency designer seeking a new challenge in a supportive, family-friendly environment. You'll collaborate with in-house Craft CMS developers and the digital marketing team, designing sophisticated websites and supporting campaigns—with a particular focus on Webflow projects for clients with smaller budgets and rapid prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional digital designs and UX solutions for corporate clients using Figma, collaborating closely with in-house Craft CMS developers on new client projects, redesigns, and feature upgrades
• Design and build marketing websites and landing pages using Webflow for the digital marketing team, managing campaign ideas and execution
• Develop and maintain design systems using Figma's auto layout functionality to ensure consistency across projects
• Support the digital marketing team with creative campaign concepts and smaller website builds for clients with budget constraints
• Work under the supervision of a project manager, forming strong working relationships across teams
• Ensure all designs meet website accessibility best practices and adhere to the latest UX/UI and development standards
• Deliver high-quality work to strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Requirements

• Five years or more of web design experience working in an agency environment
• Existing knowledge of Webflow, or a strong desire and ability to learn it quickly
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including experience creating designs and design systems with auto layout
• Demonstrable excellence in creativity, design flair, and visual problem-solving with an outstanding portfolio
• Understanding of website accessibility best practices and the latest UX/UI and development standards
• Proven experience collaborating with web developers and delivering to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and fluent English
