We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT Operations to lead our dedicated IT Operations team. This role is vital in helping employees work securely and productively as we expand our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Mentor and manage the IT operations team to ensure effective IT service delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Develop performance metrics and professional development programs.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical and operational challenges.

• Operational Oversight:
• Ensure the reliability and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Track KPIs on service delivery and user experience.
• Manage IT Asset Management across the enterprise.

​

• Strategy and Planning:
• Define IT operations strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Align IT operations with organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives in capacity planning and disaster recovery.

• Process Optimization:
• Establish best practices for IT management and service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Drive automation and digital transformation within the team.

• Business Fundamentals:
• Manage IT operations budgets and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with departments such as Engineering and Security for IT initiatives.
• Ensure seamless execution of IT projects following change management protocols.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in IT operations or infrastructure management in fast-paced, cloud-native environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing IT teams.
• Proven track record in a remote-first, asynchronous working environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management tools.
• Hands-on expertise in systems administration and network operations.
• Experience supporting compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and automation platforms (e.g., Terraform).
