Senior Marketing Web Developer
Job Description
About the Company

Combining proof-based testing, runtime intelligence, and continuous innovation, Invicti enables AppSec teams to identify real risk, reduce alert noise, and ship secure software faster.
About the Role
We're seeking an AI-first Senior Marketing Web Developer to own our marketing website and drive critical pipeline for Invicti. This hybrid role in Austin, TX combines hands-on Webflow development with strategic website operations—you'll be the single point of accountability for a site that operates as a growth engine, not just a brochure. You'll wear multiple hats: building and maintaining site infrastructure, coordinating across marketing, design, operations, and demand generation teams, and using data to continuously optimize conversion paths. This is ideal for someone who understands not just the code behind a website, but how it performs, operates, and connects to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain marketing website pages and components in Webflow, balancing speed with a maintainable, scalable structure
- Act as the central owner of the website—triaging requests, setting priorities, and coordinating with design, content, demand gen, and engineering to ensure seamless deployments
- Manage the web stack including CMS, forms, tag management, marketing automation, and third-party integrations, keeping the pipeline between the website and downstream systems (CRM, marketing automation) clean and reliable
- Track site performance, conversion, and funnel drop-off using web analytics tools; translate findings into a prioritized, evidence-backed roadmap of experiments and fixes
- Partner with growth marketing on conversion paths that support lead acquisition, treating the site as a growth channel
- Leverage AI tools strategically to speed up workflows—content variations, QA, personalization, or reporting—while knowing when manual, evidence-based approaches are the better call
- Keep stakeholders informed on roadmap, tradeoffs, and status; be the go-to person for website operations and strategic direction
- Take on evolving duties and special projects that align with shifting Marketing Department priorities
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in Webflow or a comparable visual web-development platform, with a proven track record of building and maintaining production marketing sites
- Experience owning a website's operations end-to-end—prioritizing requests, coordinating stakeholders, and being accountable for site performance as a whole
- Working knowledge of the broader web stack: CMS platforms, tag management (Google Tag Manager), forms, and integrations between websites and marketing/sales tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar) and the ability to use data to diagnose funnel issues and prioritize improvements
- Direct experience with marketing websites in a growth or lead-acquisition context—you understand how site structure and content connect to pipeline and revenue
- Practical experience applying AI tools to real web workflows, with clear judgment about where they add value and where they don't
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Good knowledge of CSS/HTML/JavaScript and comfort managing client-side and server-side aspects of web applications
- Experience with Git or similar version control and workflow platforms
- Basic understanding of back-end/framework management, application-level code, and database design and development
- Experience managing marketing automation and CRM integrations, including forms, lead-routing logic, API integrations, and third-party tools
Nice to Have
- WordPress experience in addition to Webflow proficiency
Benefits & Perks
- Health Insurance: 100% coverage of employee health care, vision, and dental premium costs; 75% coverage of health care and 50% vision/dental premiums for dependents
