About the Role

Verifiable is seeking a Senior Organic Growth Marketing Manager to own the complete content and conversion engine that drives discovery and pipeline growth. This revenue-accountable position spans content strategy, SEO/AEO optimization, conversion rate optimization, and inbound channel performance—far beyond publishing content. You'll think in full systems, building owned content assets and optimization loops while working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to ensure every inbound touchpoint, from blog posts to landing pages, drives measurable pipeline. Ideal candidates are energized by hard problems, thrive in scrappy high-ownership environments, and can directly shape company trajectory through strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a rolling 12-month content roadmap aligned to GTM motions, product launches, ABX campaigns, and sales cycles, starting with one SEO/AEO-optimized pillar article per week
  • Build Verifiable's optimization roadmap across traditional search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/AI search), including schema markup, semantic triples, and query structures while driving non-branded organic growth
  • Own strategy and execution for inbound conversion paths—demo request forms, gated content, landing pages—building a continuous A/B and multivariate testing program tied to pipeline outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end webinar and video production from scripting to distribution, scaling the program from 2-3 to 6-8 per year with downstream content atomization
  • Define and own Verifiable's voice on LinkedIn and Reddit, building a thought leadership content system and implementing social listening to track sentiment and brand mentions
  • Partner with web/dev teams to maintain technical SEO health across the Webflow site and ensure content themes align with ICP targeting
  • Monitor how LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity) categorize Verifiable and develop strategies to correct miscategorization and improve share of voice

Requirements

  • 8+ years in inbound, content, or growth marketing with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record building inbound programs that drive measurable pipeline with specific examples of results
  • Hands-on CRO experience owning A/B testing programs, conversion funnel optimization, and connecting results to pipeline outcomes
  • Strong SEO fundamentals with demonstrated expertise in both traditional search and emerging AEO/AI search optimization
