About the Role

As Senior Product Manager, AI at Webflow, you'll lead the development of an agentic web marketing platform's AI surfaces, including the AI Assistant, third-party agents, and underlying infrastructure for prompt-based experiences. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, balancing technical requirements for developers with accessibility for non-technical creators. You'll work across multiple US locations (CA, NY, TX, and more) and operate as a player-coach, driving both strategic vision and hands-on contributions to ship meaningful improvements in AI-powered product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery for Webflow AI Assistant and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Define and refine Agent Instructions and underlying AI platform primitives
• Establish quality bars, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for non-deterministic AI products
• Build developer-grade APIs and approachable creator tools that serve diverse user needs
• Contribute directly to product development through prototyping, query writing, and code contributions
• Set foundational standards and best practices for AI-powered product quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and LLMs
• Proven track record building platforms, APIs, and extensible developer-facing tools
• Ability to balance technical requirements for developers with usability for non-technical creators
• Comfortable prototyping, writing queries, and contributing code to ship product improvements
• Thrive in high-ambiguity environments where standards and metrics are still being defined
• Prefer autonomous, player-coach leadership over top-down management structures

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI systems and agent-based architectures
• Familiarity with Webflow or the web design platform ecosystem
