Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote, No-Code Focus)

About the Role:

• Location: Remote-first (United States)
• Type: Full-time, Temporary (September 2025 - February 2026)
• Compensation: Competitive pay aligned with geographic markets, with ranges based on location. 
• Zone A: $115,000 - $150,000
• Zone B: $108,000 - $141,000
• Zone C: $101,000 - $130,000
• Department: Engineering, reporting to the Engineering Recruiting Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring goals and help shape organizational development.
• Talent Sourcing: Source, screen, and close candidates for diverse roles across our engineering department using no-code platforms and creative recruiting methods.
• Candidate Advocacy: Enhance the candidate experience through timely updates and useful feedback, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Project Collaboration: Engage with the Talent team on initiatives like employer branding and sourcing strategies.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess recruiting procedures to boost effectiveness and efficiency of our team.
• Mentorship: Provide training and share best practices with fellow recruiting team members.

About You:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably in a startup scenario specializing in no-code or creative roles.
