About the Role
We're looking for a talented Senior Webflow Developer to join our remote, freelance team. In this role, you'll transform Figma designs into fully functional Webflow websites, leveraging custom code and APIs to create exceptional user experiences. This is perfect for a developer who loves solving complex problems and isn't afraid to push beyond Webflow's standard capabilities—especially around content management and resource center functionality. You'll work 5–20 hours per week with variable scheduling based on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop fully functional Webflow websites from detailed Figma designs, implementing custom code to enhance functionality
- Integrate and manage Webflow APIs to unlock advanced functionality and overcome platform limitations
- Optimize website performance and load times across all projects
- Collaborate with designers and fellow developers to refine user experiences and deliver polished results
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing Webflow projects for ongoing client success
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Senior Webflow Developer
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow custom code
- Deep understanding of Webflow API integration and capabilities
- Demonstrated experience translating Figma designs into Webflow implementations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to responsive design across all devices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently as a contractor
