About the Role

As a Senior Webflow Developer at Spinsci Technologies, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining production Webflow sites with a focus on CMS architecture, SEO optimization, and CRM integrations. This is an exciting remote position for a developer who thrives under tight deadlines and wants to empower marketing teams to publish content independently. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver campaign pages, webinar sites, and event platforms while implementing best practices for performance and search visibility.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production Webflow sites with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience
• Design and manage CMS collections that enable marketing teams to publish and update content without developer assistance
• Launch campaign, webinar, and event pages on tight turnarounds while maintaining quality standards
• Integrate Webflow forms with Zoho CRM via webhooks and custom automation
• Implement analytics tracking and SEO best practices to ensure pages rank well and drive measurable results
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to translate requirements into optimized Webflow solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize load times, and maintain production site stability

Requirements

• Proven professional experience building production-grade Webflow sites
• Expert-level knowledge of Webflow CMS collections and content management workflows
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to implement them in Webflow
• Experience integrating Webflow with third-party tools via webhooks, APIs, and form submissions (particularly CRM platforms like Zoho)
• Solid grasp of analytics implementation and tracking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
