About the Role

JumpSeat is seeking a talented Senior Webflow Developer to join their fully remote team, available from Arkansas (USA). This is a freelance position focused on building and maintaining sophisticated job sites on Webflow while orchestrating complex integrations between ATS platforms and external tools. You'll be the architect of data synchronization—ensuring vacancies, candidates, and statuses flow reliably across platforms in real time. This role is ideal for a skilled developer who thrives on solving integration challenges and has deep expertise in Webflow CMS, JavaScript automation, and API-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain job sites on Webflow CMS, including dynamic job listings, filters, and detail pages
• Design and implement integrations with ATS systems, managing vacancy publishing, application capturing, and status updates
• Build data synchronization flows between Webflow, ATS platforms, and external services using n8n and REST APIs
• Consume and transform data in XML and JSON formats across different platforms
• Extend Webflow functionality through the Webflow API and custom JavaScript
• Implement advanced CMS features such as filtering, pagination, and search using Finsweet Attributes
• Set up and maintain tracking and events with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Version all work with Git/GitHub and document integrations and automations thoroughly
• Diagnose and resolve synchronization failures, webhook issues, and API call errors

Requirements

• Advanced English level proficiency
• Proven experience with Webflow CMS and Webflow API
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Demonstrated experience with ATS integrations and data synchronization across multiple platforms
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining job sites, job boards, career sites, or vacancy portals
• Expertise with n8n, REST APIs, XML/JSON, Finsweet Attributes, Git/GitHub, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Nice to Have

• Experience with webhooks and handling third-party API rate limits
• Understanding of technical SEO for dynamic content sites
• Knowledge of best practices for handling candidate personal data and privacy compliance
• Ability to document and create reproducible processes for team collaboration
